No! You do not have to sign a contract when you start working with us. You can pause, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time.
Do I have to commit to more than one month at a time?
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Unlike many marketing agencies, we don’t require you to enter into long, multi-month contracts. We do, however, offer quarterly and semiannual plans with discounted rates, speak to us.
Is there an onboarding or cancellation fee?
No! There are no hidden onboarding or cancellation fees. The only price you pay is the monthly fee plus any extra services you decide to purchase. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing!
How do you accept payment?
You can subscribe to our service using a debit or credit card on our website. We accept all major cards. After signing up, you’ll gain access to our Client Portal where you can manage your plan, submit post ideas and images, update payment information, or cancel your subscription. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
How do your quarterly and semiannual plans work?
Enjoy discounted rates with our quarterly and semiannual plans. These plans renew every three months for quarterly subscriptions and every six months for semiannual subscriptions. Content will be created, delivered, and scheduled in 3-month or 6-month “rounds.” This is a great option for those who need our services for extended periods and prefer a “set it and forget it” approach.
What are the steps to sign up?
There are two steps to getting started: Once you select a plan, complete the Intake Form with questions about your business. Questions will range from “Describe your products and services” to “Tell us about your target audience.” Don’t worry – it won’t take more than a few minutes! Once you have access to your dashboard we can assist you in adding your social media accounts. We currently support Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. Don’t worry – we do not need your log-in credentials or passwords. If you don’t have social media accounts, that’s okay! Your social media manager can help you make some. After these two steps are completed, we will get started on creating social media posts for your business.
Where is the BrandSprout team based?
We are based in Retford, Nottinghamshire, UK. Our team is entirely full-time, and all of our content is created by one of our in-house social media managers.
Will I be able to speak directly with my social media manager?
Absolutely! Communication is key to a successful social media strategy. We create a whatsapp group specifically for your business, where you can share assets with us whenever needed, and ask any questions. We find its the most personalised and quickest communication approach. We can offer an onboarding call with your dedicated social media manager to ensure alignment from the very beginning. Our Business Plan includes regular review calls with your social media manager, and you have the option to add on a monthly review call to all of our plans. These calls are your opportunity to provide feedback, discuss upcoming content, and refine strategies. Beyond that, your dedicated social media manager is always just an email away for any assistance you need.
Will the same person be creating my posts each month?
Yes, consistency is crucial for effective social media management. The same social media manager will create your posts each month, ensuring a cohesive and tailored approach to your brand’s online presence. This continuity allows your social media manager to become deeply familiar with your brand voice and preferences, leading to more effective and engaging content as time goes on.
